"The Law App" uses Google Firebase Authentication, to access data on secure servers. You can write to us contactus@rachittechnology.com if you want to remove your access from law app.

"Numbers and You" app takes Name and Date of Birth as input to process data. We do not access or store any of the Name and Date of Birth entered within app to our servers.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information, you provide about yourself while sending an enquiry, only to respond to that enquiry. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to answer your enquiry.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We may use the information to customize the website/product according to your interests.

Virtual items

We may sell virtual items in our mobile apps. When you make purchase through third-party application like Google Play App Store or Apple app store or any other store or on Rachit's Website. Your personal information and financial transaction is collected on third-party application. We do not access or store that information.

You may purchase with “real world” money, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, revocable license to use (a) "virtual currency", including but not limited to virtual cash, game coins, all for use in games; (b) "virtual in-game items"; and (c) other goods or services ("Merchandise") for personal and non-commercial use. You are only allowed to purchase Virtual Items from Rachit Technology Pvt Ltd or our authorized partners through the Service, and not in any other way.

Rachit Technology Pvt Ltd may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items and/or Merchandise at any time and may revoke your access to them at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Rachit Technology Pvt Ltd shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that Rachit Technology Pvt Ltd exercises any such rights.

The transfer of Virtual Items and Merchandise is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the Service. Other than as expressly authorized in the Service, you shall not sell, purchase, redeem or otherwise transfer Virtual Items or Merchandise to any person or entity or attempt any of the aforesaid, including but not limited to Rachit Technology Pvt Ltd, another user or any third party.

All Purchases and redemptions of virtual items made through the service are final and non-refundable. Rachit Technology Pvt Ltd does not issue any refunds or offer any exchanges of any products purchased on or through the Services.

Rachit Technology Pvt Ltd may, at any time, revise or change the pricing, availability, specifications, content, descriptions or features of the game or any products sold through the Services with immediate effect. The inclusion of any products through the Services at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any other time.

Your Content:

"Content" means any material, such as notes, documents or images or any digital content, that you upload or import into the Services or Software created by "Rachit Technology Pvt Ltd".
You retain all rights and ownership of your Content. We do not store or claim any ownership to your content. None of the content you have created is stored on any of our servers.
We do not backup or store any of your content on any of server. Any loss of data due to device change or uninstalling software or due to any other reason, is not responsibility of Rachit Technology.
Rachit Technology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect damage caused due to lost data.
Rachit Technology reserves the right to change any and all user content at any time without notice.
Rachit Technology reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate your account. Delete your user content and restrict use all or any part of software for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you.

Data Erasure and User Control:

We have now introduced an option within Law App ( android & ios ) to request for Data Erasure.
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data at any time within the mobile app's settings. This includes data such as user profiles, app usage history, and any other information associated with your account. Upon receiving your request:
1. We will remove your data from the active databases used by the app on both Android and iOS platforms within 30 days of submission. If you have send request by accident, please send email to contactus@rachittechnology.com within 30 days of initial request for rectification.
2. We will initiate a process to permanently delete your data from any backups or historical records within 30 days. This timeframe allows us to complete the deletion while ensuring data integrity for technical reasons.
3. Notes created within Law app are never stored on our servers. You will need to delete them from your phone manually.
4. Once the deletion process is complete, we will confirm the data erasure to you via email. You can write to us contactus@rachittechnology.com for confirmation request.
5. Due to technical limitations, your data may not be immediately erased from all systems, but it will be rendered inaccessible and unusable within the 30-day timeframe.
6. We reserve rights to retain certain data if it is required for legal reasons, such as complying with court orders or preserving evidence in potential disputes.
7. Erasing your data will also result in the permanent deletion of your account and all associated features. You will no longer be able to access information stored within the app.
8. Data erasure doesn't include any virtual items purchased.

We take the security of your data very seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. All data is stored securely on Cloud Platform, which adheres to strict data security standards.

We may utilize cloud storage services provided by Cloud Platforms, which has data centers located in various countries around the world. While your data will primarily be stored on servers in India, it may be replicated or backed up to servers outside India for redundancy and disaster recovery purposes.

Law App is now hosted on cloud servers. Although content of app is free to download. Each download will add to your internet usage. We will not be responsible for cost of data occured with your internet provider.

We frequently release updates to our apps and you are required to update to latest version of app.

We may stop providing updates to existing apps or remove the app stores without any notice or explanation. On removal of app from store you are required to stop using the app. On discontinued product, you will not be entitled to any form of compensation or other payments or refunds. On removed app from app stores, if you have made any purchase, you can continue to keep the app but we will not provied any futher updates or fixes.

We try our best to keep our apps updated. If you still find any ambiguity in the information provided in our apps, first write to us to get it corrected.

Rachit Technology takes lot of efforts to provide users with most accurated, complete and updated information, the information is sourced from official websites listed within the apps or on our website. Nevertheless, we do not warrant or represent the accuracy or completeness of any and all content published on our apps or represented on our website, whether due to the discrepancy in the source or the failure of Rachit Technology's processing of original source, nor do we guarantee the successful retrieval of any such information taken from our apps. Users should verify any and all the information from the original sources.

Legal Jurisdiction:

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to any choice of law or conflict of laws principles, regardless of where you live. In case a dispute or infringement arises, you consent to the sole and exclusive remedy of arbitration and jurisdiction of the Competent Courts at Pune. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event Rachit Technology will be liable to you or any third party for any damages of any kind. In no such event shall Rachit Technology's entire liability to you in respect of any service whether direct or indirect, exceed the fees paid by you towards such service.
